1. If I destroy my Nether Portal will I get a new one?
2. I have NO snow in my world, How do I get some?

Yes if u destroy it in the nether a new one will automatically be made next to it oustide the nether the person in the nether will spawn somewhere out of the nether but the portal will be made in a new location . Snow my map never had it but i was looking around and i found it
