Ok so im new and im level for and im stuck on the first quest were the dragon claw comes in handy u have to look at the claw to find the combination to the door but its not lettin me change the combination ??? Plz help. ... + rep

You will have to explain this better.
State
1. What the game your playing is
2. What your problem is
I can help you once you do that
By looking its skyrim and the quest Bleak Falls Barrow or the Jagged Crown
If it's bleak falls barrow refer to this video
If it's the Jagged crown look at this
Just check your quest log to see what quest it is.
If you do what happens on the video's and it does not work then reload your save to an earlier point and hopefully it will be fixed.
If its not skyrim then Update your post and i could help you out more then
