I was following that recovery guide and came acrossed a maxed account with 106 dungeoneering. How can I change the e-mail without knowing or having access to the old one, and how can I change the password or recoveries without the e-mail?

Thanks so much!

No. I've been trying to recover random accounts forever and was blessed to come across this.

It was on TTG awhile ago, but it was removed. I'm sure you could find it on Google. I've got it memorized so I don't really know where it's at now.

The only way to change the email is to send the change email to the "old" email and wait 7 day's if it doesn't get canceled. You also can't change the password or recoveries with out the email changed.

106 dungeoneering means he is going to be active as dungeoneering for one is a new skill, and secondly 106 takes quite a while.
No you can't, I've been in your situation before though
