Looking for a gaming and streaming computer about a 500$ budget.

.....And you posted this in this section because?

$500 is not a lot to work with, even just for just purely gaming minus streaming. Best case scenario would get you and i3-2100 / AMD 965 with a 6850 and this is assuming you're building it yourself. A lot of people underestimate how demanding streaming whilst playing can actually be on both connection and hardware, especially if it's going to be demanding like BF3 for example. Obviously it depends on your settings but I'd still advise bumping the budget cap up quite a bit - ideally you'd want a highly overclocked 2500k/2600k, a nice SSD, and the highest video card you can get.

Anyways, I'll just leave a build here for comparison reasons.

$591.91

Free Dirt 3 game and HDMI cable. If you go with NCIX ( a competitive alternative ) you'd be able to pricematch and knock off another $30 or so. You could re-use and re-format current DVD drive / HDD ( assuming it uses a SATA interface and is standard 7000rpm ) and boot Windows from a small USB flash drive. An alternative CPU/board would be an i3-2100 / MSI Z77 G43 ( on sale right now ) but you would not have any overclocking options at stock but in exchange more features and a wider upgrade path.
