I know it may not have anything to do with fifa but right i have a FIFA ONLINE PASS on my console which was from my old profile then it got banned so iv made a new one today and its not coming up as already on my profile and stuff its asking me to enter or redeem my online pass but i already have one on my xbox :/ if anyone know's how i can sort this out i will +REP

Try, signing into the banned account on another control then click fifa with the banned account and try and experiment with trying to get on, i know it works because i do it but my minds gone blank at the moment

Is your account banned from EA servers? If it is, that's why it won't work. Getting banned voids your online pass.

FGS i got to buy 2 online passes now FIFA 12 + BF3 ohhh the joy's -_-

and no i got banned off xbox live not ea servers

Think they changed it so it was not console pass it was only account? I had the same problem and nothing worked for me

You need a new online pass for every account you want to play online with sorry to tell you, just another way for EA to scrape more money off their customers

the online ass only sticks with one account, so if you want to go online on another account you will have to purchase another pass
