When i type in my ip address, (i have netgear)it takes me to the website but askes me for username and password and i dont know what password and and user name im supost to use, Which am i suposed to use?

The user and pass should both be set to admin by default.

When I said by default I meant that the user and pass should be admin

When you enter the user and pass in, both being admin, it should take you to the router configuration page.

And you are using your default gateway to get there, aren't you?
