so I have been modding controllers for a while now and i have no clue what i did or the controller was already messed up.

when ever you turn on the controller it always turns off at the same time. Right when the controller rol leds blink twice.

If you think you know whats wrong with the controller plz post

Your batteries are probably dead. Pop in some BRAND NEW batteries. If that doesn't work, use the rechargeable pack with the rechargeable wire.

Tried brand new batteries still does the same thing but when the rechargeable wire is connected to the controller it turns on and stays on. The problem is i was going to put a mod chip in this controller

i think your problem is that one of the springs on the controller has been de-soldered from the board. check to see if one of the springs wobbles when you gently push it. if it wobbles then you may have disconnected it from the board when you tried to solder the mod onto the contact point. you could try to solder it back on but it is pretty difficult if there is little/no solder on the contact point.
