Right, there is 2 things..

1. Is there any way that I can see if anyone else is using our internet apart from other laptops/Xbox's in my home?

2. Can I set up a new internet password without calling the provider up? (right now)

Go to you Network settings, Then click view Computers & Devices. There you should have a list of everything connected to your internet threw cable or via Wireless.

Also to change your password on your router go onto your router website and just find set up a wireless network, and instead of the password you had just type a new one.
