That's completely pointless for this build.

and don't games not like the i7 because it has hyperthreading or something and causes tearing?

Never heard of that happening. HT can be turned off as well, but that completely negates the point of owning an i7 over an i5 n the first place. Even if you had the money, it would be better spent on an SSD or a higher-end graphics card.

Well I hear weird things then haha but added that ssd and that case

should I change to that OCZ or no?

I would. For this price, it's hard to beat. No worries at all with the circuitry itself and if you get a bad fan, no problem. It's very unlikely anyway.

The SSD can always be added later, too. They'll only get cheaper! But if you can afford one, I think they're a very good buy since they make a very noticeable difference in day-to-day stuff and programs/games will load much faster.

I have two months before I buy all this ;) haha

Whoa, whoa then! Come back in two months when you're ready to buy! A lot of these recommendations are based on what's a good buy NOW, all of that will probably change!

Well all prices can do really is go down. Or are you talking that there (wrong there I know >.>) might be better parts by then?

It's a possibility, namely the GTX 660. Prices may well go down by then, we'll have to wait and see. Don't get anxious, though!

No, the 670 is right. Stop worrying about it until you're ready to buy, though, really.

Well I will be working all summer for this (Already told you that) and when I get off work 2 weeks before august I will be doing band camp (yes, band camp) and I will not have the time to put all of it together so I am doing it now so I won't be in a rush to get it built before school starts back up in august

You'll benefit a lot from PMing one of us when you're ready. We'll revise the list and you'll be good to go.
