I had this problem, sort of. I tried to copy my game and it stopped at like 93% so i downloaded a iso version and put it on my hdd. Still not working though :L

i too have ran into this problem what you do is delete every thing that has to do with the game, then redownload it make sure you have waited to where it tells you what the game is then download it. if it ends soon you know it didnt do it, also you might need to check your hdd. if could be full it wont say that because your xbox wont read all the data off of xex menu hope this helped

Try using FSD( Free Style Dash )
it works so much better for the
copy to HDD feature.

If you are copying your disc through the Xex menu, when the tray ejects, insert the disc and PUSH IT CLOSED with your hand. Wait 3-5 seconds for the disc to spin up, then hit "A". It should copy o.k. for you. Pretty common issue. You must close the tray by hand. Happy Copying

You're not doing it right. You have to press Confirm as soon as you hear the disc start spinning.
