Again, that is not a gaming computer since it doesn't even have a graphics card.

You could build it and get much better parts for the money.

Are you willing to change the budget or not?

it does have a graphics card its a: ATI Radeon HD 5400 Series graphics card

Which is hardly any better when compared to onboard, so it basically is like not having a video card.

This. I would recommend a 6770 or GTX 560 Ti. Great graphic cards!!

Regarding the RAM, 4GB is decent, you could upgrade later or spend around 18 more on 8GB:

RAM usage while gaming:

It goes from 3.5 to 4.5GB while gaming. So I think 4gb is ok.

WINDOWS 7 Ultimate 64 Bit Download (It has all versions included, make sure when installing to scroll down and choose the 64 Bit version of Windows 7 Ultimate)

You will need [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to download it.

You can either Burn the ISO or if you have an USB (4.5GB+) you can use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and you will need to set to boot from USB drive on the BIOS.

Here's a tutorial on how to use WinToFlash:

Tip: When you finish the first steps using the USB method, Windows installation process will require to Reboot the system, when that happens, you MUST take out the USB drive and there will be no need to put it back again.

Good luck with your build!

Wow, very nice. Also if you can, I would personally get a 600w PSU as you would not like to drop out on that component, lastly, to original poster, I will also help you as I am a very skilled personell in computers. I would, maybe down the road, upgrade your graphics card to a 570 or 670 GTX as this will be a huge bottlebeck (limit the CPU to its full potential) greatly.
