As a community speaker it is my job to explain the rules. So if you have any questions, please save them until the end.

Just so you guys are aware, this is not no average free-mode where everyone kills each other and messes around. This is a Community, it's called L-C-R-P. What that stands for is Liberty City RolePlay. What we're doing is called 'Life'. What that means is if you are a Civilian then u are required to get a street legal job.

No Prostition
No Illegal Street Racing

If you commit a crime or a traffic violation and the police see you or get reports of it, you will be pulled over. You will be receiving a warning, a citation which is a ticket that needs to be paid by a certain due date, or you'll be going to jail if necessary.One you are in jail or prison, you cannot escape or attempt to escape. If we see that then the Community rules is that you'll eb kicked from the game. If you get arrested 2 times, your license will eb revoked and u cannot get it back until the Co-Leader says so.

We do have a couple rules to our Community:

Rule #1 - No disrespect to any community members/vice versa.
Rule #2 - When the Leader or Co-Leader's talking, remain silent until they are finished. Aswell as when they say to do something, just do it and don't ask any questions.
Rule #3 - Do NOT take matters into your own hands. If you have a problem with one of our members, let the Leader or Co-leader know and they'll take care of it.
Rule #4 - If you're going to be in-active for whatever reason, message the Leader or Co-Leader letting them know. Otherwise if you choose to not take the responsibility to do so, you will be kicked from L-C-R-P, because we don't need in-active members.

If you wish to become any Emergency Personnels such as a Paramedic, Police Officer or Firfefighter; you're required to play with the Community for one week. Through-out that one week if you were respectful, had a positive attitude and played RolePlay correctly then getting the job shouldn't be a problem

If you wish to get someone's attention: vote to kick them 2 times and make sure u cancel it.

If you need to report something in to 9-1-1, call SoothingK killa because he's the dispatcher.

If any Civilians speed with any type of sports vehicles, all sports vehicles are going to be banned for that particular game.

If you get into a pursuit, but crash ur vehicle: you cannot continue to drive it. However, u can flee on foot but once you've been tasered, bitten by the K-9 or hit with the bean-bag, you're busted, so u cannot continue to resist.

All Civilians must go to their house at night, during the day u guys are working. If u need to buy a house call SoothingK killa, but u need to be working in order to get money to purchase things.

We have 3 driving classes:

Class 5 - You're able to drive cars or motorcyles only.

Class 3 - You can drive big vehicles such as trucks or buses.

Class 1 - You can fly helicopters, but u can only get that class by talking to SoothingK killa and u must have a job as a Heli-tour pilot or a rescue squad for E.M.S (Paramedic) or Fire.
