So, I've been thinking about it for a while now and I want to start involving myself with doing different types of graphics such as avatars, desktop backgrounds, etc. My question to all of you is do you know of any good programs that would be helpful for this? or could give me some kind of advice, thanks much appreciated for those who helped or read this.
