ok guys i just purchased a slim console that came with a flashed drive.
It is on the newest firmware and if i ever play a burned game i will be sure to run it through abgx.
So with all of that in mind.
what are the real chances of me being console banned?
what if i never iso mod?
can I get banned for playing legit disks that i purchased?
And this is my first flashed console. how does the whole updaying process work?
because i heard that you have to do some special things or you will get banned.
and yes I will be using this on xbox live..

i had a flashed xbox for years, aslong as you don't burn a game and go on it before it is out, you wont get banned just dont host Iso mods or get caught

Well I would say it is mainly luck but as with all modding you do risk the chance of getting banned!
When updates come out have a look round the forum before you do them to see if anyone has had any problems after updating. There will be a good chance you will have to get your drive flashed back to stock firmware before the update then wait for a new release of LT+ before you can be safe to play online again.

Yeah I guess but then think of the people that gamerscore mod they add games that have not been released onto there profile and they would not receive a console ban because of that

because they have not played that game, if they did it would be on the publishers server, publishers can also ban and console ban people if they are partnerd with micrsoft e.g. rockstar

I Had a flashed xbox for about 2 years and didn't play games before they were out but i got banned :/
It's like every year microsoft update their software and you will EVENTUALLY! get banned from one of the ban waves!
