yes if you sign back on to the account that you had before, then you should be able to go back to the market place and re download the items.

unfortunately i think the acc with mw2 maps was banned. Is there another way ?

call up Microsoft they will tell you step by step how to do a successfull license transfer. which you need a transfer cable for though

If you still have the LIVE account that you used to buy them, just simply.

Go to System> Account> Download History (Listed under Your Billing Options.)

Go onto the account you brought them on then hit re download.

now how can i use them on my gold account ?

I went onto black ops then signed into old account & back into new account but it didnt work :/

Sign into your gold account.
Go to your Download History.
Sign out of your silver account.
And download anything that you downloaded on your silver account to the gold account.

But not 100% sure that this will work with Black Ops DLC's.

i just found out that i can license transfer the content directly to the console to use on any account.
