Hey guys, I am an editor and a graphic designer. I am looking to buy a new desktop computer that's not going to ruin my savings but that is fast enough to run Sony Vegas, Photoshop editing programs in general. I'm hoping I can get something for around 200$ 300$ at the most, any suggestions. If you can post a link that'd be nice to. Thanks!

Firstly wrong section. Secondly, for $300 you're computer will come at an insane price squeeze. Infact, if you want to be editing and rendering a 150 CPU and atleast 8GB of ram is necessary, that's almost 200 in itself, god knows what it is in dollars, I'd guess around $240? So then you need a good mobo, PSU, Harddrive/SSD.. This just isn't going to work buddy.

If you had 820 bucks to spend, I'd recommend the laptop I have, Dell Inspiron 17R with i7 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a nVidia GT525M chip, but since you don't, you may be outta luck

You would need ATLEAST to be within the 500-600 mark. From there, it still wouldn't be easy. Want me to devise a decent build for you?
