9 Kills: Little Bird Guard
The Little Bird Guard is also a new killstreak in MW3. This is a mini helicopter that can be remote controlled by the player. It can spot and attack enemy players.
10 Kills: Assault Drone
Another new addition to our batch of killstreaks. The Assault Drone is a remote controlled turret that can move throughout the map and fire upon enemy players.
12 Kills: AC-130
The AC-130 will be returning in MW3. The AC-130 is a player-controlled airship that boasts enormous fire power.
12 Kills: Pavelow
The Pavelow, which was a 9 killstreak in MW2, will be returning. This is a heavy attack helicopter that roams the maps and fires at enemy players. This is an extremely powerful gunship.
15 Kills: Juggernaut
This is an advanced armor package that the player can wear. It will give you extra health for a limited amount of time.
17 Kills: Osprey Gunner
The Osprey Gunner is a new killstreak in MW3. It will act like the Chopper Gunner in MW2. However, it will also drop care packages for your team mates. This will be an extremely powerful killstreak, which is why you'll need 17 kills before you can earn it.

Support Package - Killstreaks

3 Kills: UAV
A killstreak that shows you where enemy players are on the minimap.
4 Kills: Counter UAV
The Counter UAV blocks the minimaps of enemy combatants.
5 Kills: Ballistic Vests
This is a new killstreak to MW3. It will drop a crate full of ballistic vests that your team mates can pick up. Ballistic Vests will give you increased health until you die.
5 Kills: Airdrop Trap
The Airdrop Trap will work like a hacked Care Package from Black Ops. An enemy player will think that it's a care package and attempt to retrieve it. Once he tries to retrieve it, the package will explode.

The Escort Airdrop will see an Osprey Gunship arrive and drop care packages for your team mates. It will then stay and defend the care packages until they have been retrieved.

Specialist Package - Killstreaks

The Specialist Package Strike Chain is a bit different. You don't get to select regular killstreaks. Instead, you get to select 3 extra perks. These perks will be unlocked after 2, 4 and 6 kills. If you reach 8 kills without dying, you will be given every single perk in MW3. If you die, it resets back to the default. Choosing the Specialist Package means that you won't get to avail of other killstreaks.

Perks

Perk Tier / Slot One
Extreme Conditioning: Sprint longer distances (like Marathon). Extreme Conditioning Pro will allow you to climb obstacles faster (like Marathon Pro).

Sleight of Hand: This will allow you to reload faster. Sleight of Hand Pro will allow you to swap weapons faster.

Scavenger: Just like in MW2, Scavenger will allow you to refill your ammo from fallen foes in MW3. Scavenger Pro will allow you to spawn with more ammunition than normal.

Blind Eye: This will make you undetectable to support (killstreaks etc). Blind Eye Pro will allow you to lock onto air craft much more quickly. It will also allow you to cause more damage against enemy air support.

Recon: If one of your explosive weapons causes damage to an enemy player, that enemy player's position will be painted on the minimap so that your team mates instantly know where he is. With Recon Pro, shooting an enemy with regular bullets will paint his position on the minimap so that your team mates know where he/she is.

Perk Tier / Slot Two
Hardline: will work like it did in Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2. i.e. you'll need one less kill / point for a killsteak / pointstreak in MW3. Hardline Pro will allow 2 assists to count as a kill towards your killstreak.

Assassin: will act like a watered-down version of Cold Blooded/Ghost. It will make you immune to UAVs, Heartbeat sensors, Portable Radar and Thermal. It will NOT make you immune to air support and killstreaks. Assassin Pro will make you immune to the Counter UAV and the EMP.

Overkill: will allow you to select a primary weapon as your secondary weapon. Basically, Overkill will allow you to have two primary weapons in MW3. Overkill Pro will allow you to put two attachments on your secondary weapon, much like Bling Pro in MW2.

Quickdraw: in MW3 will work like Sleight of Hand Pro in MW2 and Black Ops. It will allow you to aim down your sights at a faster rate. Quickdraw Pro will allow you to recover faster after using your grenades or equipment.

Blast Shield: was a piece of equipment in MW2. In MW3, Blast Shield will be a perk. It will allow you to take less damage from explosives. Blast Shield Pro will make you immune to flash grenades and stun grenades.

Perk Tier / Slot Three
Sitrep: in MW3 will work the same as Sitrep in MW2 and Black Ops. It will allow you to see enemy explosives and equipment. This is like Bomb Squad in COD 4. Sitrep Pro will allow you to hear footsteps better.

Dead Silence: will work like Ninja Pro. It will make your footsteps almost silent. Dead Silence Pro in MW3 will prevent you from taking fall damage, much like Commando Pro in MW2 and Lightweight Pro in Black Ops.

Stalker: will allow you to move quicker while aiming down your sights. Stalker Pro will delay claymore explosions in MW3.

Marksman: will give you an ID target from Ranger. I'm not really sure what that means yet. Marksman Pro will allow you hold your breath for much longer while scoping through a sniper rifle or a thermal scope.

Steady Aim: will give you increased hip fire accuracy. In MW3, Steady Aim Pro will allow you to quickly aim down your sights while sprinting. This is similar to Lightweight Pro in MW2.

Improving Ingame
Improving In Game Is Easier Than You Think. For Better Accuracy Time Your Shot And If Your Shooting At Long Range With A Weapon That Will Kick Back Off Your Target Then Tap The Trigger Instead Of Holding It In. For Better Sight And Noticing Of The Enemies Between Games Take A Break And Take Your Mind Off It Between Games So Your Eyes Aren't So Strained. If Your Getting Noticed A Lot By Enemies Through On Some Dead Silence So You Move Quietly, I'm Also Saying This In Reference To Using Your Perks Properly.

LEVELING SECTION

Ways Of Leveling Up Your Rank
There Are Many Ways To Rank Up In Mw3. You Can Play In One Of The Many Options In The Standard Playlist Or The Advanced Play List. If You Want To Have Some Fun With Leveling Up Try Some Of The Community Game Modes. If You Have Elite Premium You'll See The Elite Playlist. This Contains Mostly The More Popular Game Modes But Your Playing On The New Maps.

Ways Of Leveling Up Your Weapon Level
There's 2 Ways Of Leveling Up Your Weapon. Just Plain Old Getting Kills Or Completing Weapon Challenges. There's Not Much To Say About That But Those Are The Ways Of Leveling Your Gun Up.

Easy Ways To Rank Up
If Your Looking To Rank Up Easy Then I'd Suggest Playing Big Game Modes Such As Ground War Or Playing Something With A Great Amount Of XP Like Search And Destroy. I Prefer Playing This When Your More Familiar With The Game. You Get 500XP Per Kill Or 1000XP Per Head Shot. If You Have A Prestige Token And You Spend It On Double XP It Will Be 1000XP Per Kill And 2000XP Per Head Shot.

Easy Ways To Level Your Gun Up
For Leveling Up Your Gun I Strongly Prefer Completing Weapon Challenges. If Weapon Challenges Don't Work For You Then Use A Prestige Token For Double Weapon XP. This Doesn't Double Your XP From Weapon Challenges.

Nice try but this is really basic stuff
And i dont think i know a single person in my 100 friends who has ever used a prestige token to buy double weapon xp, dont think thats a good recommendation.

Next time you can also just go to Elite on the computer and take a screen shot of the layout of the maps instead of using a digital camera to get a glare in your pics
