no its a new way of training rc coz jmods no its a ball twistingly annoying skill they added better ways 2 train. This was released at RuneFest 2011 and go to rs homepage to see more about it. Requirements are 50 runecrafting and you can enter by talking to wizard wikfix or something like that in the rc guild on the 1st floor of the wizards tower.
