They Are Awful and The Best Turtle Beach you should get is X41 Because I have them and they're Amazing!

i had them, i loved them. The only way to have maximum life on them is to pretty much unplug everything when you get off xbox/ps3

i have x31's and they are wireless, so i unplug the part that goes into remote and unplug the part that goes into the headset. They have lasted longer than my friends that don't treat their mics like i do.

I don't see why you guys are saying they are easy to break. I've stepped on mine, raged at them, etc. and still they work each and every day.

well i didn't have the x12 but i had the x11 and the usb cord rip out the plug
just save up for the x32
