1)Go to system settings
2)Storage
3)Hover over Hard Drive and Press Y
4)Start MW3
5)Download update
6)Go to multiplayer
7)Go to store
8)Go to Elite Content
9)Download
10)Dashboard
11)Let it download
12)Enjoy!

Well the maps are already out, it isn't anything that could get you in trouble, just "refreshing" your xbox. It allows your xbox to get the update quicker. Hard to explain.
