So I have been seeing some people say that RuneScape lags for them and I figured I'd share a program that I used when it lagged for me as well.


The program is called | Game Booster | it's made by a company called IObit.

Installation


In the process of installation it will ask you if you want to download the toolbar and such, you can hit SKIP or if you want to, you can go ahead and install those too.
As well as other programs they have made themselves, you can install or just hit SKIP again.

You can also customize what it closes for more control.

Never really explored it past that point, so fool around with it.

I recommend downloading there malware and stuff and clean it out so you can run it even faster. I have the malware stuff all of it and I don't even need game booster! But if your computer is crap and want to run in high graphics use it.
