TUTORIAL
Open you save in horizon and go to contents and right click "save_0" and extract it to a folder on your desktop or anywhere you will remember.

Might want to make a back up somewhere also.

Now open DISE and then click "File" then "Open" then open the Save_0 that you extracted. You now can modify your inventory and the mods you have and the amount of stuff you have or even give yourself all the skills.

After that click "save" and go back to horizon and right click the save_0 again then click replace then replace it with what you modded. Then click rheash and resign.


READ FOR UNBREAKABLE WEAPONS
You don't have to but if you want you can. Download 7-zip [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .. now open 7-zip and open your save_0 you extracted and then there should be a save_0~.. extract that to the desktop or somewhere you will remember then open it in HxD [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or a hex editor of your choice..

Look for the weapon you want to mod then look for this and should be toward the end of the weapon name and then if you look at the code and look for "BF 00 00 00" and then change those 8 to "FF FF FF FF" then save then put the Save_0~ back in the 7-zip click yes to replace.. After that go to horizon then replace the Save_0 in the contents.

After that click the rehash and resign then plug your USB in the xbox then your done.
