All the questions you asked I haven't done mate could be that it's it Ive had it for 2 and half years time for a new 1 no money again

Most of the time all this is. is that the DVD drive is filled with dust hopefully. ive had two that were doing this and i took them apart and went to a gas station to use the air compressor cleaned them out really good and put back together and they both worked fine
