Every heard of Project Zomboid?
It's a massive open world, sanbox, zombie survival game.
It's in it's very early alpha stages at the moment but I have a feeling that it's going to become very popular, much like minecraft has/did.
You start the game by creating a character and then choosing perks and other such things that suits your playstyle. You then are dropped into this massive city, and are free to explore the enormous world. You can loot buildings, kill zombies, and build your own fortresses.
(The video is fairly old, and there is alot of new features, but I'll make my own video if enough people like the look)
