Okay so it is kind of a long process but works...

I happened to find this out on accident....

1. You must buy the Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition.

2. Install the map packs from disc 2

3. Return the game to a DIFFERENT store from which you purchased it from REASON:"IT DIDN'T WORK" i said it kept saying "play DVD" and the guy gave me a new SEALED copy which is very important

4. Now return the SEALED copy back to the original store you purchased the first Fallout from

5. Use an old copy of Fallout: New Vegas to play the map packs.....I am just borrowing my friends copy

6. Enjoy your free map packs
