Can someone direct me to a link or tell me how to accept clan invites? Please and thank you.

Login to your account.
Click "Career" on the left.

Click the "Elite Summary" Tab towards the top
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Click "Invites". it should have a number of invites that you have got from Clans.
Just simply click "Accept"
And you will be in the clan unless you are already in a clan, then you would have to leave that clan. Sorry for the late answer...
