You can't get TOTY players in packs now. Only way to buy them is off the market.

no you got SIF Nene, there wasnt a TOTY Nene, the TOTY players were:
ronaldo (96), messi (98),rooney (95), Xavi (97), Iniesta (96), Alonso (91)
