The CPU will hold you down big time. You will be bottlenecking your graphics card.

I would've gotten a 1TB. I would have suggested AMD Phenom II 975 x4, way more bang for your buck. But you already ordered.
Good luck with the build.

Well i was told that the Fx4100 would slightly bottleneck with this card and the i3 out performs the bulldozer... + help me upgrade with my 750 build plz

Edit Found This Quote on TomsHarware
"Bottlenecking is a far too overused word. By definition, for a processor to bottleneck a video card (or cards) it would mean that a certain cpu would have to reach it's limit at a certain framerate and no matter what gpu you use, you could not exceed that limit. The i3, just like any capable modern processor, is fine for any setup, of course you could get higher frames from a better cpu, but you will be just fine with the i3 and two 560's."

AND

"No bottleneck, any bottleneck will be on the GPU as most modern games are GPU intensive."

AND

"No you will not have any problems. Although the Intel i3's are only dual core processors, most modern games are not coded to take advantage of quad or more cores [although more games will be released in 2012 that can take full advantage of quad cores and above].
The 8GB RAM is fine and the graphics card will be able to run at it's full capability.

When you upgrade, the i7 CPU is not going to give you much of a difference [in gaming] over the i5. Although if you do a lot of video editing or use other software that is optimised for multi core processors you will see a difference in performance with an i7.

Best performance/value option would be to get the i5 2500k when you upgrade as this has an unlocked multiplier and allows easy overclocking. Many system builders like Chilliblast and Arbico pre-overclock their i5 2500k systems to 4GHz and beyond, which pushes performance beyond the stock speeds of the more expensive i7 2600 processor.
Make sure you get a third party cooler if you intend to overclock as the stock Intel heatsing/fan that comes in the box is not adequate."

Throw 30$ more and get a 560 ti. If you don't want to. I'd suggest an 6870.

Build with GTX 560 ti:
