The past couple of times i have jailbroken my iPhone 4 on iOS 5.0.1 I have gotten the recovery or the infinite respring loop. It does not happen immediately but after a while i install either a bad package or a package that isnt compatible with my phone. And I have had to restore my phone several times and sometimes it took me forever because it wouldnt restore due to an error. IS IT EVEN WORTH IT FOR ME TO JAILBREAK ANYMORE?

your dumb if you install a bad package you dont have to restore your phone it should put it into safe mode then all you have to do is uninstall it and it will be fine again and most ppl put what device its made for or what software its made for so obviously if your downloading somthing that isnt made for your phone dont download it ive never had an issue with my phone u just need to pay attention to what u download

No need to be a punk. But yes, jailbreaking is still completely worth it like it always has been. If you were to install a bad package and you are stuck on the infinite respring loop, hold down the power and home and enter safe mode. Just be careful of what you download and stick to trustworthy sources.

I'd say yes but you need to be careful and look at the description of every package you purchase or download... But jailbreaking is very FUN!!!

- read the descriptions of a package
- if your phone is stuck then hold the home and power button until it reboots
- if you've installed a bad package it should boot you into the safe mode.. in this mode you have the chance to remove the bad package and then exit the safe mode

if you do everything then you rarely need to restore..
you only need to restore if you remove packages cydia needs..
