Newegg have a PSU calculator on their website. I use it to make sure. Just add 100w extra to their recommendation for future upgrades then your set to go.

You going to buy a 600w PSU, to power a 650w PSU?

In the list you gave, it already has one, which will be good enough for the components that you said.

Yes the one you listed first will. But you included 2 PSU's in that list... Rosewill sucks.
