I've done this a few times before but not on purpose. Just randomly realized I was in a dream and did whatever. Its an amazing experience because your limitless in a unreal world. I've done it once on purpose by thinking about my hands when I'm falling asleep. I don't know why but I've read looking at your hands in a dream makes your realize its a dream

IXxSCOTLANDxXI wrote if you own the film insecption there is something in your extras that tell you about it and bacialy you do that and then keep telling yourself that you ARE dreaming

BEWARE If you do this too often it IS danerous after a while you may think you are dreaming when you are not or vice verca also this can lead to a medical condition wich name escapes me but it means that you begin to dream when you are awake, witch is Very bad becuase it causes wild helutionations most are exstreamly scary and, the last thing it is said that if you fall/die in your sleep you can die in real life, mainly caused by falling, because if you fall from a very high hight in real life your body will shut down before you hit the ground to save you pain, however if this happens in your sleep your body may not know that it is not real and shut down so be careful

Sorry for the tearable spelling

Not flaming you.. But i don't see how the body just knows to shut down when falling.. I could be wrong but that just doesn't make since there is no way your body could tell that your falling and are about to die and kill itself

well although no one really knows because obviously you cant tell someone but it is believed that it happens also it is believed that you die of fear / shock if you fall from height .

not to burst anyones bubble but u cant do this if u have the slightest ounce of fear in you. You have to emotionally detach ur self from ur body pay attention to nothing but the thought u want to dream. The noises you are hearing is actually because of the sleeping paralysis. If u notice when u sleep u wake up to noices that seem to be amplified. Since ur trying to go to sleep but stay awake u r going to hear certain noises. Its all in your head.

I did it but I wasn't as focused and then went on dreaming straight away.

Dream:

I was in some city and buildings were falling down and getting shot down by aliens, me and two mates got these G.I Joe suits or a iron man kind of suit each and started free running over and through falling buildings and smashin aliens, then it changed and I was in a airport terminal and everyone around me were zombies, I ran to the door and then it started to be like saints row 3 and I was jumpin over cars an sh*t and then I met this hot chick and its pretty self explanatory after that and through it all, it felt real.

especially the end
