How in the world do you spawn copies of yourself
or other players and program them to say things when you walk by?

You need a Monster Spawner, and a mod to choose what the spawner spawns, when you have them both you can spawn something along the lines of 'Monster' and that's the default minecraft skin person, if that's what you were asking.
