can someone tell me how to set this up and how much exp do u get?

Play the House of Sand chapter with no mutators in Arcade on Insane, when you complete the chapter and you get the results screen. Wait for it to pass until the next cutscene plays, then you just reload the last checkpoint during that cutscene and then you would have your previous score and XP.
Keep on repeating until you decide you can't get no more.
Without mutators you should earn more than a good 30,000XP, but with mutators, you should only earn about 15k.
