the megaupload site had over 50 million people a day, and the site was shut down and when they stormed the headquarters, they retrieved the files of EVERYBODY who ever downloaded or uploaded something to megaupload, and if you ever did that, whether you be premium or not and the content is copyrighted, it is an instant /$ 150,000 fine.

its not going to happen to everybody, some people sadly yes have been charged with millions of /$ but not everybody.
