I was looking around on the web at some obfuscators, I found a few that work pretty well, but what do you guys think the best (free) obfuscator is?
(What I mean by 'best' is which obfuscator hides the code the best)
Thanks TTG

There are no good "free" obfuscators. This one's probably the easiest free one: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Other than that, almost all public free OR cracked obfuscators can be deobfuscated. That will get the job done for protecting your assembly from someone just tossing it in a reflector program.

Actually there is one in particular that is pretty hard to de-obsucate and most people can't.

As far as I know from at least a month ago there are no auto obsucators for this.

I've never heard of that one before... That's rather interesting.

@OP The following can be unobfuscated:

CliSecure
Crypto Obfuscator
Dotfuscator
.NET Reactor
Eazfuscator.NET
SmartAssembly
Xenocode

With this tool: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Although the newest versions might have additional protection, those are also generally the ones that are heavily attacked.
