just opened a silver pack and got the achievement for getting a inform in a pack and i did not get a inform has this happened to anybody else ?

Yeh you havent got an inform but you got the normal version of and if totw player also sometimes the player you get can be found in any of the teams thats how i got the achievment aswell lol
