And if they banned or reset They will loose everyone who did it and they will play BF3

you wont get banned,because they are afraid of losing alot of people they are only resetting them

I got off chat with Activision support and they said getting banned for it will be a minor ban from 1 hour to 6 hours

Its a glitch and you violated the ToS so you are liable to a ban and/or reset.
