for the life of me i cannot figure out how to apply the game mods, i.e. unlimited health, ammo, jump etc. etc., using the modio game modder deal. ive searched utube and ive followed multiple types of directions but i cant get it too work...

It only works for single player. For splitscreen you need an MPDATA editor and its for making you any prestige/ modding custom classes.
