Okay guys, is their a program I can download so that I can mod things? I am looking to mod my skill points but if it is not possible, then I will mod my stats to 100K+ w/e But I just really want skill points, thanks guys.

No people mod it VIA the computer version of Skyrim.

Yes, someone with Computer version can do it for you.
