4GB RAM
Intel Core i5 Processor
ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series graphics card
250GB Hard Drive ( I know its really small )
Do you guys think it can handle it?

Probably can but not mw2 or 3 because even the game to play it takes like 3gb of ram.

Yeah I can barely run black ops at 30FPS without any graphical setting changed

yea you can, if you upgrade ram and your graphics card you will be able to run bf3 ultra

your processor and hd are fine (I recommend 500GB hd though)

you neeeed a new video card like at the very least a Radeon 6850 but if i were u id wait till next month when the Radeon 7000 series come out and get the 7850 but yeah u just mainly need a new Video card i run battlefield 3 and skyrim on 30+ fps max settings with little to no problem so ur fine with 4gb of ram for now even tho it cheap as hell to upgrade id recommend getting some 1600 speed and run 4 2gb of ram for a total of 8gb. runs better the 2 4gb
