I'm looking for a high performance laptop great for designing and today games any ideas?
At least $1,100 or less on the price needs to play any games I trow at it on full if it can such as Battlefield 3, MW3, Skyrim, GTA 4, ETC. also great for designing such as maya, 3ds max, zbrush, and can run perfect C++ codes which I thinks that most comps are cool for this.
need help asap so please help if can. Laptop so i can be able to move around with it also that has a great battery life. Thank you.

Laptops are not meant for gaming. To get a true gaming laptop you will need to spend at least $2000 and it still won't be as good as a desktop for half the price. Not to mention gaming laptops are large and heavy so you can barely carry it around.

You would be better off getting a regular laptop and then build a gaming desktop. You would probably even save money doing it that way.

Here is a great laptop for the money.

Its 50 dollars over budget. I have it and it runs any game very smoothly. Alienwares are very expensive for the parts inside.
