ive have a serial code on the back of the box of photoshop cs5.1 i typed it in it come up with a tick i pressed continue then typed my password in the stsrted it the it came up

unable to start your subscription please re-load the program well i did that it keeps coming up with the same problem
plz help me guys i will rep you all i have thanks
