iOrange wrote This Happened To Me Take Battery Out, Worked For Mehh
How do I do that ???

You have to open it but you can just do a restore in iTunes that should work

Just saw your last post... Ok try holding in the Sleep button and the home button for 10 seconds then hold in the home button until the apple logo pops up
I've tried that too I think I've tried everything

Then try what iOrange said take out the battery
Do I need any certain tools or anything

If you wouldn't be at loss without your music/apps for a little while..This is what I would suggest.

Put the iPhone into DFU mode, and restore it in iTunes.

Once restored you should be able to have it working a-okay.
