Idk about the two dragons,but I have some modded shouts to where there are like 7 different versions of the same shout,so for the most part,yes.
Even have some that make it so I have dragon powers

Yeah I have that gamesave where he has all those shouts and such and like instant cooldowns, So i was wondering if he was able to make this then maybe we might be able to make a really powerful shout so that they can actually effect dragons and obliterate people :3

Yea,I got it from YouTube. There's some that don't even have a title,but I don't think they work.
