as you can see my rep count is at 32 but when i +rep someone i can only give 25points and one know how i can end up giving people more ?

By being a "Non-Gold" member, you are only able to rep someone 25 Points.
If you are a "Gold" member, then you can rep up to 50 Points.
If you are a "Gold" member, then you can rep up to 50 Points.
