I'm getting an iPhone 4S for AT&T from my friend, and it does not have a two year contract. I already have a smartphone so I do have a data plan, but I was wondering... Should I be worried about any hidden fees? Also, do I need to do anything else to use my iPhone?

Lol I am on a two year contract currently, so I am not eligible for an upgrade. I just wanted to know when I get the 4S, will there be any hidden fees.

I'm still on my current smartphone's contract. So, I shouldn't have to pay an activation fee right?
