lumber009 wrote I have picked up a new router today, so I will see if that is the problem.

I take it you reset it? Mine gets slowed down sometimes and needs to be reset, because it keeps kicking me off when I am by myself, but the other night I had three Xbox's and two computers on and it was fine, it's random to me.

Reset the router, check your NAT.

If the problem persists ring Xbox, and let them know the problem, they'll ask you to do some stuff and if it is still happening they will get you an agent from your ISP more than likely..
