I was going to try to mod the campaign but the program I'm using says I need a campaign GPD. How do I get one?

Go on the account you are wanting to mod it on and play Mw3 on it, this will add the Mw3 gpd to your account.

If you're trying to mad campaign you use game saves not your account...
