So I was on hackforums.net and I've heard of this thing called Lucid Dreaming. Here's an exert from a tutorial from hackforums a little on down into the post. (The numbers are you taking deep breaths)

For those of you who don't know what Lucid Dreaming is, here is some definitions.

LUCID DREAMING:
A lucid dream is a dream in which you know you are dreaming. Typically this happens when the dreamer experiences something strange, and when they stop to question their reality, they realize they are in a dream. Lucid dreams
happen naturally on occasion, although some people may have them naturally more often than others. The definition of lucid dreaming may be simple, but there are a lot of misconceptions surrounding it.
A dream isn't lucid unless you control it
There is some confusion about the difference between lucidity and dream control. The two are related, but one can happen without the other. For example, many lucid dreamers experience little or no control in some dreams. On the other hand, it is possible to exercise some dream control without being aware that it is a dream. Typically the dream plot will explain this by making the dreamer believe that they have some sort of god-like power over everything. Dream control, by our definition, can be either conscious or unconscious.

ASTRAL PROJECTION:
Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of traveling outside it.[1] Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in the astral plane.

SLEEP PARALYSIS:
What is sleep paralysis?
Sleep paralysis consists of a period of inability to perform voluntary movements either at sleep onset (called hypnogogic or predormital form) or upon awakening (called hypnopompic or postdormtal form).
Sleep paralysis may also be referred to as isolated sleep paralysis, familial sleep paralysis, hynogogic or hypnopompic paralysis, predormital or postdormital paralysis

You may start to feel dizzy now. Not "I'm going to puke, OH GOD" But like you've just spun really lightly.

This is it! Around here you will feel it.
A surge of vibrations tingle your body, a great feeling! The energy pulses through you, it may feel a but, different, but don't worry.

You'll feel like al your energy and power is flowing like water, and it bursts out your feet. After this crazy feeling is over, you'll tingle with numbness.

You can't move.

Remember, if you open your eyes here, you will experience unexplainable, horrifying things. I remember my first time with my eyes open, you don't want to know that story. . .

You can't talk, nothing can be done. Just keep focusing, deep breaths, keep counting down. DO NOT open your eyes, stay calm.

Your vision will tunnel. What happens here is different for everyone. But you should get more tingles, and be able to move!

Most likely, you'll open your eyes, get up, and you've just had WILDS! You've woken up in your dream, and you can now play with your mind and do whatever you want!!!!
Apparently they have a dark side to lucid dreaming aswell stated above. Here's also a video about an experience with Astral Projection:

So has anyone had a lucid dream before? If so, describe it. I really wanna try this, but I'm afraid of what the outcome might be. DISCUSS.

Also if you would like the link to the tutorial on hackforums PM me. You also need an account to view the thread.

Wasn't meant to be a guide bro. Sorry if you took it that way. As I said at the bottom of the post:

I just implied that if you wanted a guide I can PM you the link.
