Court over xbox account...This will look amazing on Judge Judy!

Simple solution:
-Call your bank account
-Tell them that you are not making any purchases with Microsoft
-Tell them that you have gotten unauthorized purchases
-Tell them you give them permission in blocking all requests for payments from that retailer/seller.

What comes out of this?
Basically, blocking all purchases from the account and the payment info is useless.

What comes bad out of this?
Calling them after you retrieve the account asking to regain permission, they may deny the request. Due to the fact that it sounds suspicious. Bank account/Payment processor's decision may vary.

This happened to me. My mom's credit card was on my account and some guy hacked my account and bought over 10,000 MSP with the money. He then sold the account for $5 and a guy bought it and told me what happened and gave me the account back. He told me who did it and what my email and password was. We contacted Microsoft the next day and they froze my account for 2 weeks and they caught the guy and put him behind bars. My mom didn't have to pay a dime and they let me keep the 5,000 MSP for the problem that occurred. My mom had to get a new card and now she doesn't use her credit card for anything besides shopping at stores. This is the reason that I can't get gold on TTG. Anyways, good luck to you and hope everything gets sorted.
